Join AAA for our 2022 Pop-Up Astronomy Series!
In association with the National Parks Service, AAA is happy to provide solar observing on July 10, 2022. We will meet at Bay 9, along the Jacob Riis Park Promenade.
Rain date: July 16, 2022. Free. Weather permitting.
DIRECTIONS:
- From Brooklyn/Flatbush Ave: take the Marine Pkwy Bridge to Beach Channel Dr.
- Additional method of reaching the Marine Pkwy Bridge would be the Belt Pkwy, depending on your location.
- From Eastern Queens: take the Cross Bay Blvd. across the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, to Rockaway Beach, and head west on Beach Channel Dr.
After parking, walk west of the bath house along the promenade to East Mall (Bay 9).
