Stars align and move along filaments of invisible dark matter

Light is bent more by massive, unseen matter than by seen matter

There is a vast amount of matter in space we cannot see in any wavelength of light yet it’s five times more than all the normal matter in stars and galaxies. It’s detected by its gravity pull and its extra curving of space (“lensing”) around galaxy clusters.

The big question: WHY IS DARK MATTER DARK?
What is it? Why is it invisible? Recent research and analysis.
