The Annular Eclipse from Mountainair, New Mexico
It is my pleasure to share my eclipse captures with AAA members! My WIFI is finally working. I was able to use what I learned from the eclipse smorgasbord classes (especially Stan’s classes). Thank you for inspiring me!
On October 14, 2023, I was lucky enough to view the Annular Eclipse from Mountainair, New Mexico. My partner and I rented a VRBO and watched from the back yard. I used my Nikon z6 with a 200-500 mm lens (with 2, 2X teleconverters), with 90mm Thousand Oaks filter, with an intervalometer (image0). I also set up a second camera, Fujifilm XT-5 with at 500mm Nikkor mirror reflex lens, filter, and internal intervalometer. (remaining telephotos images)
